I have always thought that doing maternity shoots would be difficult. For one, the entire session is revolving around a baby bump and most shots have to be a full body shot (which isn’t too creative in itself). The new mom-to-be can’t move around much either, or so I thought, because there’s a baby in the way of really moving around much. I also thought posing for maternity would be a bit difficult because I know how to pose for engagement sessions, and maternity is very different even though the shoot is revolving around two people very much in love.
Can I tell you just how WRONG I was??
Annah and Oscar are so much fun and Annah, who I’ve known since my teen years, has always been a very bubbly person, always smiling, always happy, and always wanting people around her to be comfortable. She and Oscar made my “job” (really? “job”?) sooo easy. For one, they’re very easy to shoot because they’re photogenic. Two, they’re a very happy, in love couple and it was easy to capture their little moments.
